Serving as the primary escalation point for complex support issues, the full-time Technical Analyst will manage end-to-end resolution of escalated incidents, lead technical communication during high-severity events, and collaborate with technical teams to implement permanent fixes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assess impact and severity of escalated issues and determine appropriate resolution paths for complex support requests Perform deep technical analysis of issues across application functionality, batch processing, database operations, and integration services Document escalated issues and resolutions while supporting technical documentation development and knowledge base updates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in application or technical support for enterprise software systems Working-level proficiency in SQL and understanding of integration architecture and API troubleshooting Expert-level experience with batch processing, database operations, and incident management Understanding of security protocols, compliance requirements, and data integrity concepts
