Summary

We’re seeking a Technical Analyst / Project Manager with 3–5 years of IT experience to lead business/system analysis (60%) and project management (40%). The ideal candidate has experience with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, SQL, Excel, cloud technologies, data analysis, and cross‑functional stakeholder management. Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical data environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business and system analysis activities, identifying requirements and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Manage project life cycle from concept to implementation, employing SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Analyze data and business processes, resolve conflicts using facts and logic, and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical/business analysis and project management within IT.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with hands‑on experience driving projects from concept to implementation.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business and system requirements, resolve data or process conflicts, and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to translate between business and technical teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and execution discipline, maintaining accuracy under tight timelines.
  • Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical data environment preferred.
