Key responsibilities Lead and govern large engineering programs, ensuring delivery predictability and quality metrics Drive solutioning for strategic pursuits, including design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into measurable engineering roadmaps Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, preferably in Technical Architect or Consulting roles 5+ years in leadership positions covering Delivery, Practice, or Architecture leadership Minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance domain and familiarity with insurance platforms Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Modernization
