The ideal candidates will have strong scientific and mathematical backgrounds, experience in oil and gas, and the ability to train and support field personnel.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of mathematical and scientific principles applicable to hydraulic fracturing
- Ability to assess and evaluate technical, geological, and operational situations
- Ability to draft technical reports and present recommendations
- Experience training field personnel
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs
- Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
