Fluent in both German and English, the remote Technical Account Manager will build trusted relationships with strategic customers, proactively managing their complex infrastructure needs while providing technical guidance, incident coordination, and infrastructure reviews on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Build trusted technical relationships with German-speaking customers and act as their primary technical point of coordination Conduct regular platform health checks and proactive risk assessments to identify potential issues before they escalate Coordinate complex technical issues across support, engineering, product, and operations teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up Required qualifications Strong experience in a technically demanding customer-facing role, such as Technical Account Management or infrastructure consulting Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to lead technical discussions and prepare reports in both languages Strong knowledge of Linux-based infrastructure and enterprise or service-provider environments Experience coordinating escalations and working across support, engineering, product, and operations teams Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving customer infrastructure rather than only resolving individual issues
