Printed Electronics Technical Account ManagerINSULECTRO, the largest national distributor of Printed Circuit Board and Printed Electronics materials, is seeking a Printed Electronics Technical Account Manager to focus on maintaining the existing customer base and developing new business within the assigned territory. The position will be based out of our Londonderry, NH location.What You'll Do:Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner and by maintaining customer relationshipsProvide technical support to customers through knowledge of product, samples, and data sheetsPartner with representatives and manufacturing to further penetrate customer baseWork with Inside Sales teams to continue to develop gross profit issuesService assigned region and increase sales by value selling, cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales & offering promotional sale item techniquesVisit customer sites and provide excellent customer service and satisfaction while increasing sales outputPartner with internal departments such as product management and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery of product and ensure product is on handCreate product and material forecasts and interface with customers on needsEducate customers about terminology, system tools and features, and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfactionReview quotes, orders, and returns; provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock itemsPlan and prioritize sales calls, sales visits, pricing decisions, etc. to maximize usage of time management, utilize salesforce.com in establishing opportunities in the full sales cycle from Discovery to Won and buyingAbility to change gears instantly and adapt to different environments; good communication skills with individuals of all levels; able to take rejection and be highly competitiveOur Wish List:Self-motivated business professional who is driven to succeedFour-year degree1 - 3 years outside sales or inside sales experience in printed electronics or advanced substratesOEM and Electronic Assembly Experience is preferredAbility to travel is requiredCompensation and benefits:Competitive pay from $70,000 - $90,000 annually based on experienceCommission eligibleMedical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental health insuranceLife insurance, Long Term Disability and Employee Assistant ProgramPaid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay
