Fluent in German and English, the remote Technical Account Manager - German Speaking will build trusted relationships with strategic customers, managing their complex infrastructure needs while conducting health checks, risk assessments, and coordinating technical issues across teams in a proactive, contract-based role. Key responsibilities Build and maintain trusted technical relationships with German-speaking customers Conduct regular platform health checks and proactive risk assessments to identify potential issues Coordinate complex technical issues and manage escalations across support, engineering, and operations teams Required qualifications Strong experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Management or infrastructure consulting Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to lead technical discussions Strong knowledge of Linux-based infrastructure and enterprise environments Experience with virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and incident management Proactive mindset with a focus on improving customer infrastructure and reducing risks
