Technical Account Manager – Additives (Coatings Industry) - Midwest Territory

Specialty coatings additives company is looking for an Account Executive for the MidWest Region. The position will cover the MidWest and the person can be located anywhere in that area near an airport.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new sales growth through direct customer channels
• Use your technical knowledge to find industries and clients who could benefits from our various additives
• Assist the current distributor with their sales efforts
• Work from home office but visit customers and prospects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Chemistry preferred
• Technical experience in one of the following areas: additives, binders, resins, colorants
• Willing to travel 50%
• 2+ years of Technical and or sales experience
