Job Summary:
Seeking a Radiology Technician with Trauma Level 1 experience to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. The role involves operating radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images, supporting the trauma team, and maintaining patient safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in a trauma setting.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely imaging procedures.
- Follow strict safety protocols to protect patients and staff during radiologic procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Adhere to facility policies and industry standards for radiation safety and patient care.
- Support the trauma team during emergency procedures as needed.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technologist, specifically with Trauma Level 1 cases.
- Certified in Radiologic Technology (ARRT or equivalent).
- Skilled in operating digital radiography and related imaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of trauma patient protocols and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work scheduled hours from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
