n Job Summary:n
n The X-ray/Rad Tech is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires technical expertise in radiologic procedures and adherence to safety protocols.n
n Responsibilities:n
n- n Operate imaging equipment to capture clear diagnostic images.n
- n Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.n
- n Maintain and calibrate radiologic equipment to ensure optimal performance.n
- n Follow safety procedures to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure.n
- n Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records.n
- n Collaborate with healthcare team to interpret imaging results as needed.n
n Qualifications:n
n- n Hold valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent).n
- n Possess state licensure or licensing requirements for radiologic technologists.n
- n Demonstrate proficiency in operating X-ray and radiologic equipment.n
- n Exhibit strong attention to detail and patient care skills.n
- n Maintain current knowledge of radiation safety standards.n
- n Have at least 1-2 years of clinical radiologic imaging experience.n
