Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. Candidates will support the radiology team by delivering high-quality imaging services to facilitate patient diagnosis and treatment.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Operate GE X-ray, digital portables, OEC C-Arms, G-Arms, and O-Arms equipment to capture diagnostic images.n
• n Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.n
• n Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech EMR system.n
• n Follow unit policies and safety protocols adhering to industry standards.n
• n Collaborate with healthcare staff, particularly during trauma, fluoroscopy, and pain management procedures.n
• n Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions promptly.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification required.n
• n At least 6 months of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting as a Rad Tech.n
• n Prior experience with Meditech EMR and trauma/X-ray procedures preferred.n
• n Ability to perform C-Arm, fluoroscopy, and pain management imaging confidently.n
• n Self-motivated, positive, and outgoing with a strong work ethic.n
• n Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.n
