Job Summary:
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures independently within a Level 3 trauma center, utilizing Siemens equipment. Ensure high-quality imaging for patient diagnoses, including fluoroscopy and operating room procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Siemens X-ray equipment to capture accurate diagnostic images.
- Conduct all aspects of X-ray procedures, including fluoroscopy and intraoperative imaging.
- Work autonomously, managing patient positioning and safety protocols.
- Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and patient information.
- Follow radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and request technical support when needed.
- Valid ARRT certification or equivalent registry for radiologic technology.
- Demonstrate experience with Siemens imaging equipment.
- Possess strong independently functioning and decision-making skills.
- Have prior experience in all aspects of trauma imaging and operating room procedures.
- Exhibit excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
