Tech X-ray/Rad Tech

n Job Summary:n
n Provide diagnostic radiologic services by performing X-ray procedures under the supervision of a radiologist. Ensure high-quality imaging to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Operate X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures.n
• n Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure cooperation.n
• n Maintain equipment, supplies, and recordkeeping to ensure smooth workflow.n
• n Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.n
• n Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic images.n
• n Adhere to facility policies and industry regulations for quality and safety standards.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Rad Tech within a medical imaging setting.n
• n Hold current ARRT certification in Radiography.n
• n Maintain active AHA BLS certification.n
• n Demonstrate proficiency in operating X-ray and imaging equipment.n
• n Exhibit strong attention to detail and patient care skills.n
• n Be willing to work holidays, including major holidays and one minor holiday, as specified.n
