X-ray/Radiologic Technologist
The X-ray/Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis. The role requires technical proficiency and adherence to safety standards to produce high-quality images.
Responsibilities:
- Operate radiologic equipment to capture diagnostic images accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Follow established protocols and safety guidelines for radiation exposure.
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for each imaging study.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Ohio license or current compact license for travel starts from 01/01/2023 onward.
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in radiologic technology.
- Active certifications in Radiologic Technology, with none pending.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments (acceptable scores required).
- Provide one reference from a supervisor, manager, or director familiar with your radiology experience.
- No pending license hits or violations.
