Tech Surgical

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Travel OR Scrub Tech with neuro/spine expertise to support a busy surgical unit. Responsible for providing skilled technical assistance during various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room by sterilizing and arranging instruments and equipment.
• Assist surgeons during neuro/spine, orthopedic, robotics, and general surgeries.
• Maintain sterile field and monitor surgical environment throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.
• Document surgical procedures and equipment usage in compliance with facility policies.
• Float to other units as needed and support on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR scrub experience, including neuro/spine procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency with robotic systems, endovascular suites, and neurospine microscopes.
• Valid ACLS certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late stays, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented personality.
