n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist (CST) for a seasonal travel assignment in an OR specializing in spine and joint procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced technology and experienced staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Prepare the operating room by ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use.n
• n Assist surgeons during procedures such as spine fusions, ALIFs, and total joint replacements by passing instruments and managing equipment.n
• n Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols throughout each shift.n
• n Document surgical procedures accurately using the EMR system.n
• n Respond promptly to on-call requests within a 30-minute window to support emergent needs.n
• n Collaborate effectively with OR team members to ensure smooth surgical operations and patient safety.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a current CST certification with a minimum of 6 months of recent hospital experience.n
• n Demonstrate active BLS, DORA, and NBSTA certifications.n
• n Possess practical experience in spine and joint surgeries, including scrubbing for relevant procedures.n
• n Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.n
• n Have strong communication and teamwork skills to support surgical teams effectively.n
