Job TitleResponsibilities:• Provide solution administration support for the Windows server systems in a multi-platform environment• Provide on-site VIP Support for Executives• Extensive off-hour VIP Support and other urgent cases• Working as Tier 2 level technical support• Experience with SCCM on Image deployment from client side• High-level troubleshooting technique on AD, Events, and Systems• Support Clients in-house security solution managementRequirements/Qualifications:• Provide technical support in using these Windows domain tools:o Active Directory Users and Computerso Active Directory Serviceso Domain Group Policy Experienceo Domain Name System (DNS) Server• Must have MDM/EMM support experience• Must have Corporate MacOS/MacBook support experience• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3-years of Corporate Desktop Support or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience• Must have strong speaking and writing skills• Must have onsite & remote Executive support• Must be able to travel within US up to 10% of work time• VDI support experience is a plus
