360 Recruitment Consultant – NYC

3-4 days onsite

$85K–$110K base + commissions

I’m partnering with a few well-known recruitment firms in New York City that are looking to hire 360 Tech agency recruiters with 2-5 years of experience.

Your current specialization can be anything within Tech. Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, etc. What matters most is that you come from an agency recruitment background and really enjoy one side of the desk, whether that’s sales or recruitment.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build and grow your own client book
• Win new business and manage client relationships
• Own the recruitment process from candidate generation through offer and start
• Build a specialist market and develop long-term relationships on both sides
• Progress quickly

You’d be joining established recruitment brands with infrastructure, leadership, and market presence, while having the autonomy to build something of your own.
