Responsibilities:
- Draw blood samples from patients following proper protocols
- Prepare and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Document patient information and procedures accurately
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to perform phlebotomy with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid phlebotomy certification or license as per state requirements
- Ability to clear medical background checks and drug screenings within 1 week of offer
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and infection control procedures
