Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Phlebotomist with over 2 years of experience to perform blood collection and specimen processing. The role involves supporting patient care through accurate and efficient phlebotomy procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Draw blood samples from patients following proper protocols
  • Prepare and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Document patient information and procedures accurately
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to perform phlebotomy with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid phlebotomy certification or license as per state requirements
  • Ability to clear medical background checks and drug screenings within 1 week of offer
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards and infection control procedures
