Six (6) months experience performing pharmacy functions. Certified & registered Pharmacy Technician by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. IV Certification is required (or must be obtained within 12 months from date of hire) Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and/or license(s).Annual requirements: Demonstrating knowledge and competency of USP 797 Core Skills Knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of Pharmacy.
