Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced nuclear medicine techniques. The position involves working with patients to obtain high-quality images while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.
- Follow established protocols to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
- Participate in call rotation, including weekday evenings and one weekend every four weeks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including radiation safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent patient care, including patient preparation and post-procedure instructions.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active NMTCB or ARRT(N) license.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine imaging.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging procedures.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during assigned shifts.
