n Job Summary:n
n The MRI Supervisor oversees operations across multiple campuses, providing leadership and clinical support in a high-volume MRI environment. This full-time role involves managing daily workflow, staff coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while also performing MRI examinations as needed.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Lead and coordinate MRI operations across five scanners at four locations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient throughput.n
• n Manage staffing schedules, delegation, and operational planning to address coverage needs across multiple shifts.n
• n Support clinical MRI procedures, including advanced imaging such as neuro, cardiac, body, and interventional MRI, during staffing shortages or high demand.n
• n Enforce MRI safety standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure quality metrics are met.n
• n Coach, onboard, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a collaborative team environment.n
• n Collaborate with radiologists, nursing, anesthesia, and operational teams to optimize departmental functionality.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Minimum of 8 years of MRI experience, with supervisor or charge level responsibilities.n
• n Current ARRT (R) or ARMRIT certification, with BLS certification.n
• n Demonstrated clinical expertise across a broad spectrum of MRI procedures, including advanced imaging.n
• n Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-site healthcare operations.n
• n Strong operational judgment and ability to balance clinical and administrative duties.n
• n Valid CA State License or equivalent credential.n
