Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide advanced imaging services in a hospital setting. This position involves performing a wide range of MRI exams and ensuring high-quality patient care during each procedure.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all MRI exams with precision, adhering to department protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Operate GE MRI equipment and manage documentation within Meditech and GE PACS systems.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
- Document procedures accurately and assist in maintaining departmental quality standards.
Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification in MRI required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI technology.
- BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in performing diverse MRI procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Knowledge of Meditech and GE PACS documentation systems.
