MRI Technologist
Perform advanced magnetic resonance imaging procedures to support diagnostic needs. Ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to capture detailed images of patients' internal structures.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
- Follow safety protocols, including patient screening and device maintenance.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to complete timely and accurate diagnostics.
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and patient information.
- Participate in rotational on-call duties, responding to after-hours imaging requests.
Qualifications:
- ARRT (MRI) certification or ARMRIT credential required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proven experience operating MRI systems in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient safety policies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
