MRI Technologist Position
Seeking an experienced MRI technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting. The role involves providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans adhering to safety protocols and departmental standards.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate diagnostic data.
- Document procedures thoroughly and accurately in patient records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized imaging department.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent MRI technologist experience within the specialty.
- Hold current ARRT registration and CPR certification.
- Be AHA BLS certified and capable of performing Mammo procedures.
- Have an active ARRT MR certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Cerner electronic health records.
- Willing to work weekends and major holidays as scheduled.
