Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead, Fleet Response, to own mission-critical full-stack systems for real-time collaboration in autonomous vehicle support, this full-time position will lead a team of engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of web applications while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support Manage frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with upstream and downstream services Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design, technical execution, and engineering best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend) Familiarity with web client architectures (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, etc.) Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability
