Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for Fleet Response, this full-time position will manage mission-critical full-stack systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of web applications that support real-time autonomous vehicle operations. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications used for real-time autonomous vehicle support Lead the development and maintenance of frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with various services Mentor junior engineers on web app infrastructure design and engineering best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 5+ years of industry experience with web applications (frontend and backend) Familiarity with web client architectures such as Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS Experience leading technical designs and mentoring engineers on complex projects Strong intrinsic motivation for reliability and user collaboration
