You will own the embedded electronics that power critical vehicle systems—lighting, pressure governors, sensors, and control modules—from initial concept through production.You will drive hardware development at every stage: schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, and rigorous functional testing. Working closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers, you will ensure each product is robust, compliant, and ready for the field. Your technical leadership will set the direction for the electrical engineering group, and you will mentor two to three engineers daily.We are looking for an engineer who thrives on technical depth and hands-on problem solving.

You have deep microcontroller expertise, a strong grasp of EMC/EMI design, and are fluent with Altium.
