Project Description

The team is actively building and supporting multi-customer features in a microservices-based IAM platform. Development follows Agile methodology with two-week or monthly sprints, delivered continuously to production. The platform is based on Spring Boot services written in Java 8/11, and adheres to modern DevOps practices with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will assess the current product and propose an improved deployment and CI/CD strategy. This role requires technical excellence and leadership to collaborate with the DevOps team and deliver meaningful infrastructure enhancements.

What You'll Do

  • Review and assess existing DevOps and deployment pipelines;
  • Design and propose infrastructure and CI/CD strategy improvements;
  • Lead implementation of DevOps changes, guiding the existing team;
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to align technical direction;
  • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployments;
  • Document and communicate DevOps processes and changes effectively;

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation;
  • Strong experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation;
  • Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins;
  • Proven ability to assess complex environments and design scalable CI/CD pipelines;
  • Experience supporting Java-based microservices in production environments;
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams;
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills;
  • English level: B2 or higher;
  • Availability to work during standard EU business hours (some late meetings may occur occasionally);
  • No on-call rotation required;
