Owning the technical direction and delivery of an AI-powered chatbot product, the full-time remote Tech Lead AI will design LLM-powered architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective AI solutions. Key responsibilities Lead the design and evolution of LLM-powered chatbot architectures, ensuring high-quality and reliable AI systems Define technical direction and system architecture while promoting scalability and engineering best practices Mentor engineers and support their development, fostering a strong engineering culture Required qualifications Strong experience building LLM-powered applications and agent-based workflows Proficiency with frameworks such as LangChain and preferably LangGraph Background in software engineering as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer, with experience in scalable system design Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding technical decisions Strong product mindset with the ability to propose structured solutions in ambiguous environments
