You will support Private Equity and Corporate Strategic clients across the transaction life cycle—from platform acquisitions to mergers/integrations to carve-outs, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-close technology execution management.
In addition to client delivery, you will assist with business development and contribute to internal practice leadership.
