Tech Dietitian

n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a registered dietitian for a 13-week travel position at a busy acute care and rehab unit. This role involves providing specialized dietary care and outpatient counseling with a focus on patient-focused nutrition support.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assess patient nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.n
• n Perform Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) as needed.n
• n Provide outpatient dietary counseling to patients and family members.n
• n Document clinical interventions accurately in the EMR system.n
• n Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.n
• n Maintain compliance with unit policies and safety standards.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Must have a Registered Dietitian credential and current license in Texas.n
• n Minimum of 1 year of clinical dietitian experience.n
• n Comfortable performing NFPE procedures.n
• n Experience with outpatient counseling preferred.n
• n Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.n
• n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
