Tech - Dietitian

n Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized nutritional care to patients in an inpatient hospital setting, ensuring appropriate dietary interventions and assessments are conducted according to clinical guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and nutrition optimization.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments for adult and geriatric patients.n
• n Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs and diagnosis.n
• n Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.n
• n Document all interventions, assessments, and patient responses accurately using the Cerner charting system.n
• n Support the inpatient team by providing expertise on enteral nutrition and therapeutic diets.n
• n Maintain compliance with all licensure, certification, and institutional protocols.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold an active RD/RDN credential with Maryland Dietitian licensure.n
• n Possess at least 1 year of recent acute care nutrition experience.n
• n Demonstrate proficiency in nutrition assessments, nutrition-focused physical exams, and enteral nutrition therapy.n
• n Experienced with Cerner charting system.n
• n Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily intervention targets.n
