Tech - Dietitian

n Job Summary:n
n Provide expert nutritional assessment and counseling to adult and geriatric patients in a short-term acute care setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized dietary plans ensuring optimal patient outcomes.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate patients' nutritional needs through clinical assessment and chart review.n
• n Develop and adjust nutritional care plans aligned with medical directives.n
• n Educate patients and families on dietary modifications and nutrition management.n
• n Document interventions and progress accurately in the electronic health record system.n
• n Participate in care team meetings to coordinate patient treatment strategies.n
• n Comply with hospital policies, licensure requirements, and safety standards.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.n
• n Minimum of 1 year of Dietitian experience in a healthcare setting.n
• n Short-term acute care experience preferred.n
• n Valid Maryland or Compact licensure required at the time of application.n
• n Ability to work day shifts with flexible weekend coverage.n
• n Strong communication and documentation skills essential.n
