Ctor Tech
Seeking a competent Ctor Tech to provide specialized cardiovascular operating room support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in cardiac surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams with cardiovascular procedures, including preoperative and intraoperative tasks.
- Operate and monitor surgical equipment, ensuring proper functionality throughout procedures.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments at all times.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient information and procedural details accurately in electronic medical records.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as required.
Qualifications:
- Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a CVOR Tech.
- Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health record systems.
- Be able to operate various surgical and diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be flexible to float to other units when census is low.
