Radiologic Technologist Specialized In Ct
Seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will operate advanced CT equipment to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient patient handling.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Aquilion Toshiba 64-slice CT scanners to capture clear and accurate images.
- Ensure all patient exams are completed within an average of 80-100 cases per day.
- Disclose any background hits at the time of submission and follow safety guidelines.
- Provide and verify that radiation badges are issued to travelers and maintained properly.
- Follow dress code protocols, including wearing gray scrubs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active and unexpired ARRT certification in Radiography or CT.
- Possess a current, unexpired driver's license and submit a copy with application.
- Demonstrate experience operating Aquilion Toshiba CT scanners.
- Comply with all radiation safety and infection control policies.
- Exhibit excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
