CT Technologist Travel Assignment
Seeking a qualified CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a busy hospital. The ideal candidate will operate advanced CT imaging equipment and provide independent, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of CT scans utilizing GE 64 slice and Siemens Dual Source scanners.
- Administer IVs and contrast agents while following safety and procedural protocols.
- Document imaging procedures accurately in Meditech and Fuji Synapse PACS systems.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and unit-specific guidelines.
- Maintain certification requirements and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active ARRT (R) in CT certification.
- Possess BLS certification.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant CT imaging experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency with GE and Siemens CT scanners.
- Able to start IVs and perform all general and specialized CT procedures, including stroke and vascular scans.
- Qualified candidates must be able to independently function in a fast-paced hospital environment.
