Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures. This role involves providing high-quality patient care while ensuring accurate and efficient scans.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to produce clear and precise diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes and ensuring patient safety.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Follow established safety protocols and radiation guidelines during procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to meet diagnostic needs.
- Document patient information and procedure details accurately in medical records.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient or inpatient CT experience.
- BLS certification is required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating Siemens CT scanners, including Edge Plus, Definition AS, and Force.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including 24-hour shifts.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
