Radiologic Technologist
Seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing CT technology. The role involves providing high-quality imaging support to enable accurate diagnoses during scheduled overnight shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to capture detailed diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and explaining the process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain radiation safety standards.
- Document procedures accurately in the patient’s medical record.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Possess ARRT certification in computed tomography (CT).
- Hold valid licensure or credentials as required by state regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT imaging systems.
- Exhibit excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting preferred.
