Tech Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Cath Lab/EP Technologist to provide specialized support during cardiovascular procedures. The candidate will assist with various interventions, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize equipment and supplies for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology studies.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure proper positioning throughout procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Adhere to hospital policies on scope of practice and on-call requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Have structural heart experience preferred.
• Be willing to participate in on-call rotations.
• Demonstrate the ability to float within hospital departments within scope of practice.
• Candidates must be nicotine-free and comply with tobacco-free facility policies.
• Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least one year.
