Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled EP/Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to support a busy inpatient cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology unit. The individual will assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with procedures such as LHC, PCL, PCI, CTO, EP, and implantations.
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging and intervention equipment including Philips/GE combolab, Azurion Maclab, and Cardo systems.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation within the Meditech Expanse EMR system.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Support on-call rotations and provide coverage during weekends as scheduled.
- Hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP lab setting.
- Demonstrate proficiency with cardiac procedures and related equipment.
- Exhibit flexibility, dependability, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Gain experience in a dynamic, high-volume cardiac lab environment.
