Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Technical Support
This role involves providing specialized technical support within the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP department, assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stent placements, balloons, and other specialized procedures.
- Operate and troubleshoot GE imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and procedural workflows.
- Maintain adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and dress code standards.
- Document procedures, patient information, and equipment usage accurately in the EMR system.
Qualifications:
- Hold current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT certification.
- Proven competency in Special Procedures and GE Innova equipment.
- Preferred: RCIS certification to enhance candidacy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP department.
- Demonstrate a team-oriented, flexible, and patient-focused approach.
