Job Title
This role involves supervising nursing care and collaborating with physicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care across various units. The candidate will lead interdisciplinary care teams, including floating between Intensive Care and Med/Surg units as needed, to ensure seamless patient management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab and EP departments.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Float between units, including Intensive Care and Med/Surg, based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.
- Assist with patient assessments and support clinical procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid license/certification in ACLS, BLS, and ARRT.
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- Show proficiency in skills relevant to specialty care, including cardiac procedures.
- Provide two supervisory references from the past 12 months.
- Have a strong background in nursing supervision and interdisciplinary coordination.
