Tech - Cath Lab/EP

n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with expertise in Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Catheterization labs. This role involves supporting procedural workflows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety within a fast-paced clinical setting.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Monitor patient vitals and equipment during cardiac procedures to ensure stability and safety.n
• n Set up and prepare necessary equipment and access sites for diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures.n
• n Recognize and respond promptly to life-threatening arrhythmias and other emergent conditions.n
• n Maintain a sterile field, scrub in, and assist physicians during procedures.n
• n Ensure all procedural documentation and compliance requirements are met accurately and timely.n
• n Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards and optimize patient outcomes.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold an active ARRT (R) or RCIS certification.n
• n Possess a valid NJ license, with the ability to obtain during compliance if pending.n
• n Have at least 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath lab, with proficiency in diagnostic and interventional procedures.n
• n Be fully vaccinated, including COVID booster, per facility policy.n
• n Demonstrate strong understanding of cardiac protocols, arrhythmia recognition, and sterile techniques.n
• n Able to pass unit-based competency, medication, and EKG testing with a minimum score of 80%.n
