Tech Cath Lab/EP

n Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized radiologic services in the Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Lab to assist with patient diagnosis and treatment during day shifts with on-call responsibilities. Ensure high-quality imaging and procedural support for pediatric and adult patients.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Pediatric Cath Lab, including balloon angioplasty, stent placement, valve interventions, and biopsies.n
• n Operate imaging equipment efficiently, ensuring optimal visualization and patient safety.n
• n Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to prepare patients and manage procedures.n
• n Maintain detailed documentation of procedures using EPIC or other charting systems.n
• n Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain compliance with certification standards.n
• n Participate in emergency response and storm teams as required, supporting hospital readiness.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold at least one year of catheterization laboratory radiologic experience, preferably in pediatric or trauma settings.n
• n Possess valid national certifications including PALS, BLS, and ACLS from AHA.n
• n Maintain a radiation badge and submit proof of compliance.n
• n Certified through CCI with RCIS/RCES or meet ARRT (R) with SCRQSA (R) credentials.n
• n Hold an active South Carolina RN license or demonstrate pending licensure.n
• n Be flexible to work day shifts with on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.n
