Technical Business AnalystThe Technical Business Analyst drives business and data solutions across enterprise systems. This role operates at the intersection of business operations, application delivery, and data-driven initiatives, including AI-enabled use cases.This position carries equal responsibility for solution definition, project execution, quality and governance validation, and AI/data-related initiatives.

The role works closely with IT leadership to implement future-forward applications and processes while ensuring that core business operations remain stable and well supported.The role requires a structured, detail-oriented individual who can lead assigned solution initiatives without direct authority over developers.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with IT leadership and development teams to implement new applications and process improvements aligned with business goals.Drive AI-related initiatives through content development, use-case definition, and output validation.Validate data outputs, ETL processes, and reports for accuracy and business alignment.Lead business requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability from concept through delivery.Coordinate project activities, including task tracking, dependencies, schedules, and stakeholder communication.Define and execute quality processes, including test plans, UAT coordination, and defect management.Ensure changes align with governance standards, controls, and audit expectations.Support production systems by assisting with issue analysis, validation, and documentation updates.Produce and maintain standard business and operational reports.Required QualificationsEducation / ExperienceBachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or equivalent experience.5+ years as a Project Manager, Software Implementer, or Business Analyst working between IT and business teams.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional work without direct authority.Core Skills (Required)Business requirements and traceabilityProject coordination and delivery trackingQA and UAT leadershipData validation and reconciliationStrong documentation and communicationWorking knowledge of SQL or reporting toolsUnderstanding of governance, controls, and change managementPreferred / PlusExperience supporting AI or automation initiativesExposure to data warehouses or ETL processesFamiliarity with IBM i or ERP environmentsExperience with Agile or hybrid delivery modelsExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Personal AttributesAble to drive outcomes through influence rather than authorityOrganized and execution-focusedComfortable balancing operational support with forward-looking initiativesClear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityWork ConditionsOccasional evening or weekend work during major releasesOffice-based work with standard computer equipmentSome travel may be requiredTeam Player: Works well as a member of a groupDetail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
