Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience:3+ years of experience in aggregates or related testing field.Skills:Basic understanding of open-pit quarry operationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust have a valid driver's licensePreferred but not required:KYTC Qualified Aggregate Technician, InDOT Qualified Aggregate TechnicianAny Aggregates testing qualifications in Indiana, Ohio, or West VirginiaMSHA certificationCement, lime or another industrial mineral experienceWork EnvironmentOutdoor quarry environment; exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and seasonal weather conditions.Frequent field presence required to inspect active mining areas.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
