Professional Teamlead – Las Vegas, USA
We are a fast‑growing project management company based in Las Vegas seeking an experienced and dynamic Teamlead to join our team.
As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of project managers and oversee all project activities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members.
- Monitor progress against project deliverables and take corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience using project‑management tools/software such as Asana or Trello.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members from diverse backgrounds.
