To enhance productivity and capacity for financial advisors, the full-time Teaming Consultant will work remotely to develop teaming strategies, provide subject matter expertise, and deliver advanced business support while collaborating with field leadership and matrixed partners. Key responsibilities Partner with field sales leadership to develop and deploy strategies that enhance productivity and drive positive sales outcomes Provide tailored guidance to financial advisors and teams through one-on-one and group sessions to implement complex growth strategies Develop customized plans to enhance leadership capabilities and create resources for team formation and operational needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5 years of experience guiding financial advisors through teaming initiatives or collaborative practice-building programs Practice management experience with advanced teaming structures and expertise in client service models Experience in content creation and facilitation, with strong presentation skills for various group settings Proficient with internal sales advice platforms and tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
