A major goal is helping Customer transform their business processes to a digital maturity, with a single source of truth, to reduce errors and rework from their business process flow.

Easy Plan, Requirement Management Change manage & Quality Modules.Mission:Learn Customer's Platform needs and help define RequirementsHelp with Requirement Gap Identification getting support of TechOps and other Solution ArchitectsDemonstrate TeamCenter and Capabilities to support Installation and deployment:Map Customer Processes to TeamCenter Processes and document the proposed solution.Help Customer determine when Configuration vs. Customization is requiredWork with SMEs to define Configurations using Functional SpecificationsWork with SMEs to define Customizations using Product Enhancement RequestsAct as the Point of Contact between DS R&D, TechOps, Solution Architects, Consultants, and others to raise awareness of Risks:Troubleshoot and document Issues (Bugs, End User errors, etc.).
